Instructions for Authors

1. Submission: Submissions can be made electronically via the website: http://igj-iraq.org/submit.html

2. Manuscript preparation: The manuscript must follow the IGJ template restrictedly. For any manuscript that does not follow the IGJ template, the Editor will reject it with a note, “The manuscript is incompatible with the IGJ template. Please rearrange it carefully and submit it again.”

3. Review Process: All articles are considered to be confidential and reviewed by two or more qualified reviewers. In both cases, the corresponding author will be notified the review result (reject or accept). In case of acceptance, the acceptance letter along with PDF version of accepted articles will be posted online to the corresponding author as soon as possible.

4. Plagiarism: The journal routinely screen article submissions for plagiarism.

5. Publication fee: as follows:

a. For the author(s) inside Iraq, the publication fee is 325,000 ID as a publication fee for an article up to 15 pages, including linguistic proofing. A non-refundable deposit of 50,000 dinars is required upon submission, and additionally, 5,000 ID per extra page, and an additional 10,000 ID for each re-checking of plagiarism.

b. For the author(s) outside Iraq, the publication fee is 350$ for an article up to 15 pages, including linguistic proofing, and 5$ per extra page.

c. Any correction(s) after publishing will cost 25,000 ID for author(s) inside Iraq, and 25$ for author(s) outside Iraq. The corrections must not include the manuscript title and name of the author(s).
